Coffee orders are placed bi-weekly on Friday, roasted Monday, and ready for pickup at EHAS the following Tuesday.
Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3:
1) Order: Fill out the order form. Attach & email to EHAS_Coffee_Subscription@googlegroups.com OR print and attach with payment.
2) Payment: Place cheque or exact change in a clearly marked envelope (your name + “EHAS Coffee Subscription”) and send with your child or drop it off at the EHAS office.
3) Pick up: Pick up your coffee from the EHAS office.
The attached PDF has fillable fields. You can either
- Print out a copy after you have entered your information (or print ahead and fill it out by hand).
- Fill out the form online and click the submit button. This will generate another copy of the PDF that you can attach in an email and send to EHAS_Coffee_Subscription@googlegroups.com.
Coffee orders must be picked up at the school office. If you are unable to do so please let me know. We ask for your child’s name and class on the form in case we need to make alternate arrangements.
